At Equine Energy Medicine, we take a unique approach to equine nutrition. There are many ways to approach this topic. As an independent Equine naturopath, Nutritionist, and Energy Medicine Practitioner, I take an approach with a few guiding principles:

1. Your horse is unique, with their own physical and energetic "fingerprint." Determining the root cause of your horse's issues is the only way to heal it for good. This avoids expensive tests and medications that often just band-aid the problem.

2. It's always better to test, not guess. You can try the shotgun approach, just throwing as many tries as you can at your horse BUT testing first saves you money in the long run because you know EXACTLY what gaps in macro and micronutrients are happening. No more buckets of half-used supplements cluttering your barn.

3. Horses are meant to have a forage diet. Soundness (or lack of soundness), chronic and acute health issues, and hoof issues all stem from the roots of what you are feeding (or not feeding) your horse.
